Walkable Webster Groves
Once known as tree city USA, this hamlet of St. Louis county boasts its extreme walkability! With 2 city centers at opposite ends of the town, homeowners are always close to an awesome dinner out, or finding a treasure at a boutique, or grabbing a jug of milk around the block.
A leafy enclave filled with century-old homes and an assortment of architectural styles, Webster might be described as “sleepy” if it weren’t for its continual calendar of cultural offerings and events.
Walkable Clayton
Clayton, Missouri is the epicenter of St. Louis county. This versatile city is the base for many businesses including Centene. Although the businesses are prominent in the city, the surrounding established and lushly tree lined classic neighborhoods are St. Louis renown. A multitude of restaurants that cater to all facets, the ever popular Forest Park, plus World ranked Washington University are all within walkable range to the center of Clayton.

Walkable Tower Grove Park
Tower Grove South is a diverse community on the near south side of St. Louis with a balance of homeowners, renters, and small businesses. The many restaurants in the vibrant South Grand business district add an international flavor to the community. The growing Morgan Ford and Gravois business districts and easy access to Tower Grove Park make this neighborhood a great place to live, shop and play.
